Ginger Honey Glazed Mahi Mahi |

- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 (6 oz) mahi mahi fillets, fresh or thawed
- unrefined sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp butter
- In a shallow dish, combine the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets in the dish.
- Cover and let marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Take the fillets out of the dish and place in skillet, reserve the marinade.
- Fry fish for 4-6 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
