Ginger Honey Glazed Mahi Mahi

  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 (6 oz) mahi mahi fillets, fresh or thawed
  • unrefined sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  1. In a shallow dish, combine the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fillets in the dish.
  4. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Take the fillets out of the dish and place in skillet, reserve the marinade.
  7. Fry fish for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve immediately.
