- 2 tilapia filets, fresh or thawed
- 2 Tbsp pastured butter
- dash unrefined sea salt
- dash pepper
- ½ fresh lemon
- Rinse filets in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Place fish filets in pan.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes or until underside is browned.
- Flip tilapia and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook uncovered for another 5 minutes or until underside is browned.
