Sprouted Wheat French Toast

  • 6 slices sprouted wheat bread
  • 2 pastured eggs
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp pastured butter or unrefined coconut oil
  • cinnamon to taste
  1. Preheat skillet to 250 degrees F.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla in shallow tin or bowl.
  3. Melt butter or oil on skillet.
  4. Dip both sides of the bread slices in egg mixture and place on greased skillet.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on the bread slices.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes or until slightly browned.
  7. Flip bread and cook for another 3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve hot with real maple syrup and fresh strawberries.
