Sprouted Wheat Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread |

- 1¾ cup sprouted wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp unrefined sea salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp ground allspice
- ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips (70% cacao)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease two 9×5 loaf pans with butter or coconut oil.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, allspice, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour mixture into loaf pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let bread cool for 10 minutes in the pans and then remove onto a wire rack to fully cool.
