Sprouted Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sprouted wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 2 pastured eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, sift or whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the eggs and milk.
  3. Pour the eggs and milk into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Add the blueberries and stir until they’re spread throughout the batter.
  5. Heat a pan or griddle on medium heat and grease with pastured butter, pastured lard, or coconut oil.
  6. Pour the batter onto the griddle and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until a golden brown.
  7. Top with butter and real maple syrup.
