Sauteed Veggies, Sausage, & Sauerkraut

  • 1 lb pastured pork sausage or bratwurst, sliced
  • 2 small zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and saute until cooked through.
  3. Add the zucchini, pepper, and cabbage and saute until vegetables are soft.
  4. Add the sauerkraut and cook until warm.
  5. Serve on its own or over rice.
