Do you like sauerkraut? Do you like it on bratwurst or sausage? If yes, then you’ll love this quick and easy meal. Sauerkraut, when naturally fermented, is a great source of beneficial enzymes, vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and probiotics. Naturally fermented sauerkraut is easily digestible and nutrient-rich. I like Bubbies sauerkraut and here’s an awesome way to make your own.

Have you ever made sauerkraut? I’ve always wanted to, but haven’t gotten the motivation yet.

I haven’t made it. I’ve also wanted to try. There’s a lot of stuff I’ve been thinking about doing but I don’t seem to have the energy. You know what I mean new momma?! Let me know when you make it.

Probiotics yes. Omega 3? I haven tried the brand you’ve advertised, but isn’t sauerkraut usually fat free? Just fermented cabbage, water, sugar, and flavorings? Vitaminins might be a bit overemphasized too.
